XIVIVIDE Discord Bots

Terms of Service

Rules for using the XIVIVIDE community's bots and related features in Discord.

Effective

1. The applications and these terms

These terms govern use of the XIVIVIDE community's bots and related server features in Discord. The applications are provided by the XIVIVIDE administration. The contact for questions about these terms, the applications, and requests is @screamowner on Discord.

The scope includes the main bot (bot-main), data and automated protection (bot-data), logging (bot-logs), moderation (bot-moderation), support (bot-support), staff (bot-staff), events (bot-events), creative activities (bot-creative), giveaways (bot-giveaways), and related features and matters concerning previously stored clan data (bot-clans). The availability of a particular module depends on the community's current configuration.

XIVIVIDE is an independent community. Its applications are not official Discord products and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or management by Discord.

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. It is accessible without joining the server or signing in.

2. Who may use the applications

Users must meet the minimum age set by Discord's Terms of Service for their country and comply with applicable law. Where parental or legal guardian permission is required by law, it must be obtained.

Use of the features is subject to Discord's terms and Community Guidelines, these terms, and the published rules of the relevant XIVIVIDE feature. Server rules do not override Discord's requirements or users' mandatory rights.

Some features are available only to community members, particular roles, organizers, or staff. Using a feature means choosing it within the rules presented; separate consent is requested where required.

3. How the features work

The applications provide profiles, an internal economy, tasks and rewards, roles and rooms, events and games, giveaways, requests, member verification, and administration tools. Users generally interact through commands, buttons, selection menus, and forms. Some scenarios process ordinary messages and server events.

Before confirming an action, check the participant involved, cost, duration, and consequences. Some operations have cooldowns, daily limits, role requirements, or membership requirements. The available parameters are determined by the feature's interface and published rules.

Users are responsible for actions taken through their accounts. Do not share your password, token, or other account access with others. The administration does not request your Discord password or personal token for support.

4. Acceptable use

The applications must not be used for spam, fraud, threats, harassment, violation of others' rights, or evasion of Discord's rules. In particular, you must not:

  • Bypass restrictions, penalties, limits, or checks through additional accounts, automation, or coordinated actions.
  • Exploit errors to obtain currency, rewards, access, or other users' data, or interfere with the applications and their infrastructure.
  • Submit materials you have no right to use, disclose others' confidential information, or impersonate the administration.
  • Falsify payment confirmations, event results, requests, evidence, or actions of other bots.
  • Use the applications for illegal gambling, financial schemes, or buying and selling internal balances for external value in violation of XIVIVIDE's rules.

Report a discovered error, suspicious transaction, or violation to @screamowner or through community support. Do not continue exploiting an error after discovering it.

5. Internal currency and game results

Internal currencies, points, items, and rewards are tracked within XIVIVIDE features. They do not create any right to income, investment returns, or monetary payouts from the administration. The applications do not provide conversion of internal game balances into money or cryptocurrency.

Transfers and exchanges within the applications are allowed only within the limits supported by the interface. Users may not sell internal currency or rewards for money, cryptocurrency, or external value.

Some game features use random outcomes. Before participating, users must review the rules and the amount of internal balance they will spend. An increased balance, a particular reward, or preservation of the initial amount is not guaranteed. Additional age and local restrictions may apply to these features.

The administration may correct confirmed erroneous or duplicate credits, results of abuse, and consequences of technical failures. A disputed transaction can be submitted for review with its identifier and a description.

6. Paid features and refunds

Some privileges, roles, appearance options, and other features may be offered for payment. Before confirmation, users must be shown what is included, the price, and the duration. A temporary privilege ends when its stated period expires unless renewed through a supported method.

Payments are processed by the selected payment service under its terms. The application records the information needed to verify payment and provide the purchased feature. A failed payment notification does not mean you should immediately pay again: first contact support with the transaction identifier.

If a paid feature is not provided, does not work correctly, or does not match its description, contact @screamowner for review, correction, or a refund. Include the date, product, payment identifier, and a description of the problem. Do not post full payment credentials in public channels.

The refund method and timeframe depend on the verified circumstances, the payment service used, and applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or impose an unconditional ban on refunds.

7. Messages, requests, and materials

By submitting text or materials to an application feature, users authorize their processing, display, and transmission to the extent needed for the selected scenario. This does not transfer exclusive rights to the materials to the administration.

When contacting support, a user's messages may be forwarded to authorized staff in a working thread; staff replies are delivered to the user. The ticket history may be stored and exported to review the request. In Mafia game message forwarding, messages are delivered to other eligible participants according to the game's rules.

Messages in channels accessible to the applications may be included in automated reward and security checks and administrative logs. Deleting a message in Discord does not necessarily delete a previously created log or ticket record. The procedure for requesting deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

The MOG feature may use an external service to produce a game rating of visible profile appearance. The result is for entertainment, may be incorrect, and must not be used to humiliate, discriminate against, or assess a person's real character. The data sent is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Moderation and access restrictions

To protect the community and enforce its rules, moderation measures may include warnings, temporary restrictions, termination of participation in an individual feature, and other actions. The applications may restore an active restriction after a user leaves and rejoins the server.

Automated checks can make mistakes. If you disagree with a result, use the available appeal interface or contact @screamowner. Specify the affected feature, your Discord ID, and the circumstances. The administration reviews the information and may correct the result if an error is confirmed.

Restrictions on participation do not remove the right to contact the administration about data or payments. Deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable requirements, separately from decisions about server access.

9. Availability and feature changes

The applications depend on Discord, hosting, and connected services. Technical interruptions, delays, maintenance, and changes to available features may occur. Continuous availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

The administration may change features and settings to fix errors, improve security, and maintain reliable operation. Material changes to a paid offering must take account of the previously presented terms and the user's mandatory rights.

If an application stops operating, its data is processed and deleted under the Privacy Policy and applicable requirements. Discontinuation does not create a right to continue storing API data without a necessary basis.

10. Responsibility and user rights

The applications are provided in the condition available at the time of use. To the extent permitted by law, the administration does not guarantee a particular game result and is not responsible for independent Discord or provider failures beyond its control.

These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit users' mandatory rights. Decisions concerning disputed payments, errors, and restrictions must take the specific circumstances into account.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms. Use of an XIVIVIDE integration does not mean the administration controls every action of Discord, a payment service, or an external processing provider.

11. Requests and current version

For questions about application operation, violations, payments, data, or these terms, contact @screamowner on Discord. You do not need to remain a server member to make a request. If private messages are unavailable, you can send a Discord friend request and then explain your request.

These terms may be updated when features, Discord requirements, or laws change. The current version's date appears at the top of the page. Material changes must be communicated through available community channels or application interfaces; separate consent is requested where required.
